When I try to launch 17w16b with this setup, I get an error, which may be caused by Java 6 failing to run files compiled by Java 8. The Java path in my Launcher is: /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_111.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java I have Java 6 installed on my Mac Book with OSX 10.6.8.
